An Lovely Stay, Details , made It Special
transport access quality shampoo minibar thoughtful staff
The location was superb. It offered convenient access to many attractions and transport options. My room had high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It included an in-room speaker. The minibar was complimentary (a good surprise!). The staff was thoughtful as they gave me a tumbler.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms, though it was a very minor issue overall.

The hotel is situated centrally. Many restaurants and shops are easily accessible from this location. Public transportation is also readily available!).

Staff members offered really good kindness and professionalism . The check-in process was smooth. The team addressed my needs with efficiency and warmth, and I appreciated that.

mixed feelings about this stay
small gym overcooked eggs
the minibar wasn't stocked as expected and the promised city view from my room was more of a back alley. breakfast was alright though the eggs were consistently overcooked each morning. i also found the gym to be quite small with limited equipment a single treadmill and a couple of dumbbells.

generous breakfast room seating area smooth check-in pleasant experience
the breakfast was delicious and very generous i loved the room and the seating area offered a view of the city square the location made city exploration very easy.
the hotel seems unfinished there were holes in the tiles with wires sticking out in the room.

stained shower floor inadequate drainage
The room i booked was smaller than expected. There was barely room to walk around the bed. the shower floor had noticeable stains. adequate drainage was lacking, resulting in water leaking under the shower door into the bedroom. I had to use towels to prevent water from spreading. the situation was unacceptable.

I found the location to be quite central. It was near public transportation. the receptionist offered amazing service. I felt very welcome. the breakfast at the hotel cafe was generous. it was a charming experience!
